One patient who was bedridden was provided free of cost two oxygen cylenders and one suction machine at his residence.Five CT Scan and MRI were arranged for poor patients at low cost.

Rs 22,000/ worth of medicines were given to poor patients.Free nebulization was given to six hundred children for asthma.An old man with parkinson disease was provided free treatment for his ailment. From Feb 2014 to 15th July, 2014, 4500 patients were given free consultation. 80,000 rupees were distributed as zakat to the needy ones. Nearly 300 patients were nebulized free of charge. 100,000 rupees worth of medicines were given free of cost to the needy patients.

From July 2013 to January 2014. 1500 children were given free consultation. Seventy five newborn babies were screened free of cost. Rs Seventy five thousand worth of medicines were given free of cost to the needy and non affording patients. One hundred patients were given free nebulization for asthma. On 24th November 2012, Bone Mass Density (BMD) test was held at al burooj medical centre. Seventy people participated in this free camp. Ninety percent was found to be suffering from calcium deficiency. They were advised to take proper diet and medicines for their problem.

A female patient came with high blood pressure on 27th March 2012. ECG was done she was having heart attack, first aid was provided and she was referred to the cardiac hospital for admission and treatment.

At Al Burooj Medical Centre we have treated (free of cost) scores of patients and Rs 150,000 worth of medicines were given to non affording ones from November 2010 to October 2011. In the month of Ramadan Zakat worth Rs 75000/ was distributed to poor and needy ones. In the month of October 2011, scores of asthmatic patients were given free nebulization and c.section and normal deliveries were held at very nominal cost.

In the month of October 2010, ten c.sections were done by the gynecologist at sector 5 orangi town. 15 normal deliveries took place at the above center. As we have shifted OPD at sector 4 orangi town we are looking after  non affording patients there. Medicines worth Rs 8000. were given to poor patients. All asthmatic patients are given free nebulization and ECG is being done at the nominal cost of Rs 50/ per patient with report and consultation.

Zakat worth Rs 70,000/ was distributed during the month of Ramadan at Al Burooj Medical Center sector 4 Orangi town.

Two babies were referred for treatment at tertiary hospital. 25 c.section were done by the gynecologist.Free treatment was given to needy patients. Free medicines worth Rs45000/ were given to poor patient. Free nebulization was given to asthmatic patients.

Outpatient departments of Al Burooj Medical Centre is shifted to sector 4 Orangi town from Ist July 2010. Maternity and other indoor services would be provided at sector 5 orangi town by Dr Anjum Sabir. The name of the hospital would be Al Burooj Maternity Home . Dr anjum sabir would be the [proprieter of this centre and she would be responsible for all the maternity cases there. Al Burooj Medical Centre secter 4 orangi town would be run By Dr Ahsan Salim and he would be responsible for the patient,s care there.

During the month of April 2010 medicines worth Rs 19000 were given to patients from the hospital dispensary and medicines worth Rs 7000 were provided to needy ones from medical store. Thirty normal deliveries were held during this month and one baby was referred to a tertiary hospital for intensive treatment.

During the months of February and March 2010, medicines worth rupees forty thousand were given to needy ones.

During the month of January2010 we have asked thirty  admitted patients about the quality of services provided to them during their stay in the hospital.All of them said that they are  fully satisfied with the treatment given to them during their stay in  the hospital.

Free medicines worth Rs 37000/ were provided to patients during the month of January 2010.

We have shifted the outpatient to another premises to provide better services to the needy patients.In the month of December 2010, scores of patients came for free nebulisation and poor patients were provided with free medicines.

Free  bone mass density test was performed on 30 patients on 28th January2010. New osteoporotic cases were identified and given treatment.

Free medicines worth  Rs 30,000/ were given in the month of December 2009 to those patients who came as outpatient at al Burooj.

Scores of poor patients get free medicines from medical store and people are happy at this service.

A premature baby was born on 20th December 2009 and was given treatment in the incubator , He was stable and his vitals became ok.

A 8 month old child inhaled the cereals and was having suffocation. He was resuscitated and became ok after few mins of emergency treatment.

A free medical camp was held on 19th October 2009 to check complete blood picture of adult patients. 50 patients were screened and treatment was given to those  suffering from anemia.
